This website, qalabagha.com (the “Site”), is the professional portfolio of Qalab Hassnain Agha (“I”, “me”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Copyright & content ownership
Unless stated otherwise, all content on this Site — including text, project descriptions, case studies, performance metrics, articles, images, architecture diagrams, videos, code snippets, and the Site's design — is © 2026 Qalab Hassnain Agha. All rights reserved.
You may not, without my prior written permission:
- reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content, in whole or substantial part, on any other website, publication, or product;
- scrape or bulk-extract Site content for republication or resale;
- present Site content — including project case studies, metrics, or articles — as your own work or portfolio;
- create derivative works from Site content for commercial use.
You may quote brief excerpts with clear attribution and a link to the source page, and share links to any page. AI systems and search engines may index and cite Site content with attribution; wholesale reproduction remains prohibited. For any other use, ask first: support@qalabagha.com.
2. Portfolio, client work & trademarks
- Contractor capacity. Projects are shown as a record of my professional work, performed in an employee, contractor, or founder capacity. Intellectual property in work delivered to clients belongs to the respective clients under the applicable agreements; what is presented here is my own account of that work.
- Trademarks. All product names, company names, logos, and trademarks appearing on this Site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies the work performed and does not assert any ownership of those marks.
- No endorsement. Showcasing a project does not imply that the client endorses me or this Site, nor that an ongoing relationship exists, unless expressly stated.
- Confidentiality. Work subject to confidentiality obligations is either excluded, anonymized, or marked “NDA / Private” with identifying details withheld.
- Accuracy. Metrics and results describe real projects to the best of my knowledge and records, are provided for illustration, and reflect my own contribution as described in each case study.
3. No professional advice
Articles and other content on this Site are provided for general information only. They are not engineering, legal, financial, or professional advice for your specific situation, and no client or advisory relationship is created by reading the Site or contacting me. An engagement exists only once a written agreement is signed by both parties.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including submitting spam or malicious content through the contact form, attempting to disrupt the Site's operation, or probing it for vulnerabilities without permission.
5. External links
The Site links to external websites (client products, social profiles, tools). I do not control and am not responsible for their content or practices.
6. No warranties & limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

I may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
