Hire · Hardware Integration Engineer
Hire a hardware integration engineer who turns devices into working products
Firmware, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi audio, the companion app and the cloud behind it, built as one system. I have shipped ESP32 boxing gloves that stream 200Hz+ sensor data at under 50ms data to insight, an ESP32 Bluetooth bridge that relays motorcycle crew messages with no signal, and voice wearables that stream conversations into a live transcript.

Why clients choose me as their hardware integration engineer
- ExperienceSenior, and proven in production6+ years, 23 shipped products and 6 P@SHA ICT Awards. Co-Founder & CTO, leading 25+ engineers, and still writing the critical code myself.
- ValueSenior expertise at a fraction of US/UK ratesI work remotely from Islamabad, so you pay well below US and UK senior market rates for the same depth, with working-hour overlap for the UAE, UK, EU and US East Coast.
- Low riskFixed-price prototype firstA free call, then a working prototype on your real data in about two weeks at a fixed price. You see results before any larger commitment.
What I build
- 01Device to appBLE GATT design and companion apps in Flutter and React Native, including device setup straight from the browser over Web Bluetooth.
- 02Sensor streamingESP32 firmware that streams 200Hz+ sensor data over BLE, MQTT, WebSockets and UDP, with batching and loss handling.
- 03Audio hardwareWearable and table-top recorders that stream audio over Wi-Fi into live transcription, speaker names and meeting summaries.
- 04Off-grid and paymentsDevices that keep working with no network, like a rider-to-rider Bluetooth bridge, and a smart donation box that settles real payments through Stripe.

Frequently asked questions
What hardware do you work with?
Mostly ESP32 microcontrollers and Bluetooth Low Energy devices, plus Wi-Fi audio devices, IP cameras and phone sensors. I design the firmware protocol, the app and the cloud side together, so they fit.
Can you integrate a device we already have?
Usually yes. If it talks BLE, Wi-Fi or MQTT, I build the app, the cloud ingestion and the dashboards around it, and document the protocol so your team can maintain it.
How much does it cost to hire you as a hardware integration engineer?
Contracts from $25 an hour, full-time remote from $3,000 a month, fixed-price prototypes from $600 and builds from $2,000, and fractional CTO retainers from $800 a month. Because I work remotely from Islamabad, that is senior, award-winning experience well below US and UK market rates. Every project is confirmed as a fixed quote after a free 30-minute call, so your risk is capped.
Do you work with clients in the US, UK and UAE?
Yes. I have shipped for clients in UAE, UK, Australia and Pakistan, and work remotely with overlap for UAE, UK, EU and US East Coast hours.
Do you write the code yourself?
Yes. I architect the system and write the critical code myself. For larger builds I also lead engineers from my team at Quickgen Technologies, where I am Co-Founder & CTO.
